Five-Day Plant-Forward Kitchen Boot Camp at the Culinary Institute of America

In this five-day boot camp (March 3–7), you will create delicious meals showcasing vegetables, protein-packed legumes, whole grains, and fruits as the center of your plate (Some animal proteins will be included as well). You’ll work with chef instructors to learn techniques, ingredients, and recipes focused on a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle.
