Moonshot—The History, The Science, The Food! Celebrating 50th Anniversary of Moon Landing at The Culinary Institute of America

Be there when CIA President Tim Ryan sits down with noted author Douglas Brinkley to discuss his new book American Moonshot: John F. Kennedy and the Great Space Race. Following the talk, join us for a reception and dinner that will be out-of-this-world! You’ll dine on food inspired by the astronaut experience but prepared and elevated as only CIA chefs can. And yes, a Tang Spaced-out cocktail will be on the drinks menu! After dinner, join us for a showing of the acclaimed documentary Apollo 11, that chronicles America’s 1969 manned moon mission.
