The Cooper’s Daughter Cocktail Barn & Garden is celebrating National Hot Chocolate Day with spiked hot chocolate specials from Feb 7th-9th!
Enjoy cozy seating in our heated cocktail barn and enclosed pavilion heated with a pellet stove!

Black Walnut Hot Chocolate
In a 16 oz mug
1 oz Cooper’s Daughter Black Walnut Bourbon
4 tbsp tahini simple syrup
2 tbsp hot cocoa mix
hot water, leaving an inch of room
top with whipped cream, tahini drizzle, chocolate shavings

In a 16 oz mug
rim the mug with nutella and crushed peppermint candy
2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Cacao Maple Vodka
5 drops peppermint extract
3 tbsp hot cocoa mix
hot water, leaving an inch of room
top with whipped cream

In a 16 oz mug
2 oz Cooper’s Daughter Pumpkin Spice Vodka
2 heaping scoops hot cocoa mix
2 shakes of cinnamon
½ oz ginger syrup
hot water leaving an inch of room
stir very well
add mini marshmallows
top with whipped cream and a cinnamon dash on top to garnish

2 heaping scoops hot cocoa mix
2 shakes of cinnamon
½ oz ginger syrup

1 big wooden spoon Nutella (leave spoon in the mug)
