National Mead Day Tasting and Celebration
August 3 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Mead.
Lots of people have heard of it, but so many have never tried it. Here’s your chance to try the oldest fermented beverage in human history!
Check out the mead category, fermented from honey, with flavors ranging from sweet to dry, fruited to spicey. With multiple vendors showing different styles, this is the perfect opportunity to check out the category. Boutique Wines, Spirits & Ciders boasts over 70 types from ones made right here in New York to ones that hail from Europe, and there will be plenty of them open for sampling during this event.
The event is free for general admission, but you must be 21 or older with valid ID to enter. No kids or pets. Located a quarter mile north of Interstate 84 on Westage Drive (off of Route 9, behind Boston Market and next to Hudson Buffet).
