DESCRIPTION:Dassai Blue Sake Brewery presents its third-annual Tanabata (Star Festival)\, a beloved Japanese celebration filled with culture\, food\, music\, and family-friendly activities. \nThis year’s festival will feature:\n• Wishing trees and tanzaku wish cards\n• Live taiko drumming\n• Tuna-cutting and fresh sashimi available for purchase\n• Japanese food vendors and local favorites\n• Local and Japanese artisans\n• Crafts and activities for children\n• Dassai Blue sake and local beer \nThe event is free and open to the public. No reservation is required. However\, guests who register in advance on Tock will be entered into special raffle drawings throughout Tanabata weekend\, including free sake (must be 21+)\, free tickets for two to Dassai Blue’s Omakase lunch ($95 value per person)\, free tickets for two to Dassai Blue’s Omakase dinner ($250 value per person)\, free brewery tours and free Dassai Blue merch. SUMMARY:2026 Dutchess County Quaker Meeting House Tours
DESCRIPTION:By the early 1800s\, Dutchess County was home to the greatest number of Quakers outside of Philadelphia. As part of the ongoing Rev250 celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence\, several Quaker meeting houses will be participating in the second-annual Dutchess County Quaker Meeting House tours.
