It’s that time again! Join us at the Taconic Outdoor Education Center as we host our 31st Annual Maple Celebration!

It’s that time again! Join us at the Taconic Outdoor Education Center as we host our 31st Annual Maple Celebration! The sap will be flowing and we’ll have pancakes on the griddle!

• 10:00 – 11:30 AM
• 11:30 – 1:00 PM

The three timeslots listed above are the only times available to come. Each session lasts an hour and a half to allow staff the necessary time to reorganize between sessions. Attendants must arrive as close to their check-in time as possible. Please be sure to double-check which time you are registering for. Attendance will only be permitted if your registration time matches your arrival time. A full breakfast buffet with our pure maple syrup and beverages will be available upon arrival!
