This year marks America’s 250th Anniversary, and we’re celebrating at the home of American landscape painting. Our initiative, Thomas Cole: Painting the Nature of America, features three historic and contemporary exhibitions exploring how Cole transformed the American landscape into a symbol of national identity. All exhibitions will be open during the event. The project also includes year-round community programming, K–12 school programs, and a teacher workshop. Join us for cocktails, dinner, and a paddle raise auction as we celebrate on the beautiful historic campus in Catskill.
