Chatham

Bimi’s Cheese Shop has been an anchor in the charming village of Chatham since 2014. Nearly 10 years later, the owners have decided to expand the cheese-centered store to offer customers a place to gather and share a meal or a cocktail at Bimi’s Canteen and Bar. The eclectic restaurant launched its fondue dishes in early December to ring in the winter season. Choose from the simple fondue, which includes a four-cheese mix along with chunks of freshly baked bread, or opt for the grand fondue, which elevates the simple to include a bountiful platter of fresh vegetables, fruits, and sausage.
