In 1904 & 1905, the people of Albany celebrated Halloween with an All-Hallow E’en Carnival. The city was transformed into an enchanting Halloween dreamland. Discover Albany and partners have worked to resurrect this celebration for modern times with the annual All-Hallow E’en Festival. This festival is a month-long, county wide celebration. Albany County comes to life with public art installations, community events, dramatic tours, historic exhibitions and more throughout the month of October.
