In 1904 & 1905, the City of Albany transformed into an enchanted Halloween-Dreamland. The streets were illuminated with festive lighting, storefronts competed in friendly decorating contests, and celebrations were held throughout the City.

Over 100 years later, Albany has resurrected this festival into a month-long Halloween celebration. All October long celebrate with Halloween events throughout the county including ghost tours, trick-or-treating experiences, the Hounds of Halloween trick-or-treating event for dogs, In Our Own Voice’s Halloween House Ball, a Halloween art path, and more.
