Join us at CCE Columbia Greene’s Agroforestry Resource Center to explore the wonderful world of maple. CCE and Wild Hudson Valley will take participants on a journey through the past to the present. Learn about the historical practices of maple sugaring, experience current methods to collect sap, see maple processing equipment in action, and taste sap straight from the tree.
