We’re thrilled to announce the first ever Fields of Saison Fest, happening on April 20-21! Join us in celebrating the vibrant bounty of spring’s harvest as we pay homage to the roots of farming and brewing. Our festival is a tribute to the timeless tradition of saison brewing, where each sip tells a story of the season and the soil it sprung from. Saison, meaning “season” in French, embodies the rustic charm of early French and Belgian farmers who crafted this brew from the riches of their land with each batch representing a specific time and place. Our taps will feature multiple foeder-aged saisons brewed here in the Warwick Valley, as well as many guest saisons from other world-class farm breweries. Get ready for a weekend filled with the flavors of the earth, live music, and farm to table specials.
