Petra Island in the middle of Lake Mahopac is home to a Frank Lloyd Wright Cottage and a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home (built with FLW plans). For the first time ever beginning in June tours will be available to the public. Tours are led by one of the homeowners, so you always get up close and personal info. on how these beautiful homes came to be. Each tour includes access to The Chahroudi House, The Massaro House, the beautiful grounds around these homes and a boat tour of Lake Mahopac, so you can see the island from all sides.

Tours are limited by boat capacity to 12 people and are seasonal.
