Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum 4079 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY, United StatesEvery year on Jan. 30, the National Park Service hosts a Rose Garden Ceremony to honor Franklin D. Roosevelt on his birthday. All are invited to this free, public event. Following the ceremony, cake and refreshments will be served in the Wallace Center.
