Rockland County is proud to host to the 11th Annual Gran Fondo NY World Championship Bike Race – the world’s most international cycling race featuring bikers from over 90 countries. The 100-mile race course begins at the George Washington Bridge and takes cyclists through the historic Palisades region along U.S. Route 9W all the way to Bear Mountain.
